  Very nice home. Place was very clean when we showed up. Location is very good. 20 minute cart ride to the squares. Lots of golf courses near by. Would stay again.

  This lovely home was exactly what we and our friends wanted for a week in The Villages... close to the squares, shopping, and restaurants. And, we were grateful that the house looked exactly like the pictures! The house was clean and in great condition - although we did not cook any meals, the kitchen was well stocked - just about everything we needed was made available. We especially liked that there were two golf carts at our disposal. The staff at Down Home was quite helpful particularly in view of a hurricane. Overall, we were quite satisfied with the home, the service, and our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and may be back ourselves one day. Thanks!

  This house is very centrally located to all the squares. Kitchen is great with lots of cooking items, dishes and cleaning stuff. The neighbors are nice and the patio has doors that open to screened patio. Grill looks brand new. I thought the home was very clean and the sofa in the living room looked brand new and was very comfortable. I really didn’t have anything bad to say except that the comforters are big and heavy so we just took it off and used a quilt from the closet. Overall I would rent this house again if I needed to stay in the villages.
