The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk-in closet, and private master bath with walk in shower & his/hers vanity sinks. The guest bedroom has a comfortable king size bed for your guests to relax & enjoy. The den is furnished with a desk for the worker and a reclining sofa & TV to kick back and enjoy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The lanai is offers comfortable seating if you want to just relax in the warm sun or read the morning paper with your coffee or juice while the fur baby enjoys the private courtyard.

This dog-friendly home comes complete with gas Golf Cart, BBQ grill & WiFi Internet. The Villages is a 55 or older active adult community and with the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses along with use of all recreational areas & clubs.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.
