You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door. This home is beautifully decorated and has a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends and family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the large TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, and large closet with private bath. for your guests to feel at home. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. I'm sure you'll spend time relaxing in the screened lanai as it is set up with a table and chairs which makes it the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and planning your days activities. It's also a great place to sit with your new friends over a cold drink or grilling out on the side patio before heading off to the free nightly entertainment at one of the Village Squares.  

This beautifully decorated home comes complete with ELECTRIC GOLF CART, GAS BBQ, and WiFi. With the village resident id card you can use any of the executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoying the villages lifestyle.

  This is a perfect location between Lake Sumter and Brownwood town squares, and near bunches of golf courses. Down Home Property Management provided good support by communicating with the homeowner when issues arose.
  
  The kitchen was pretty well stocked with all of the pots/pans needed. The beds were comfortable!
  
  There were a few issues that were resolved during our stay: the washing machine and the master shower head were replaced.
  
  All in all, it was a decent place to stay, and we would probably stay there again.
