This bright airy 3 bedroom home is surrounded by golf courses and a 2 minute walk to the neighborhood pool. The Village of Tamarind Grove is a 12 minute car ride to the Lake Sumter Landing Market Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Seabreeze Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is comfortably decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The 1st guest bedroom has a queen size bed & closet for your guests to relax & enjoy. The 2nd guest room offers 2 comfortable twin sized beds & a desk so when the grandkids stop by they can relax & enjoy also. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Need a getaway place?? Head out to your enclosed lanai that offers a peaceful outdoor living space. The lanai provides plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and an additional Outdoor patio with retractable awning for sun bathing and enjoying time with your new friends. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away.

This home comes complete and includes a Gas Golf Cart & Free WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  We arrived and found the home clean and comfortable.
  There was a problem with the washer and it was dealt with by the owner thru the property manager. We loved the golf cart but were disappointed in no grill. overall the kitchen was well stocked! We loved the proximity to the pool and the neighbors were awesome.

  3BD/2BA with gas golf cart. Great location. Walking distance to Tamarin Grove pool and bocce ball. Friendly neighborhood. Clean comfortable home. Loved the experience and wanted to book again for 2025 but sadly home not available.
