The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, his & hers walk-in closet, and a private master bath with custom-built walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed & flat screen TV for your guests. The 2nd guest room offers a futon and a desk for your working area. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Need some private time??? Head out back to the lanai where you will find your private pool with plenty of places to enjoy the beautiful sunshine. The lanai also offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice & a flat screen TV and summer kitchen. The back is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away or while enjoying time with your new friends.

This home comes complete and includes BBQ grill, 2 seater golf cart & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  Wonderful house. Pool perfectly heated at 84 degrees, superior view of green. Kitchen well appointed and easy to work in. We were there for 5 weeks. Perfect amount of time as well.
