Both guests rooms offer comfortable queen sized beds for your guest to enjoy and are split for added privacy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. This home offers a wonderful screen enclosed lanai perfect for relaxing on and offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice & the morning paper or planning your fun-filled day in The Villages. This is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold beverage before heading out to the town square to dance the night away or while enjoying time with your new friends.

This home comes complete and includes a BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  Our winter stay in the Villages was everything we had hoped for and more. We could not have asked for more in the rental home we had.
  The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home or throw something on the gas grill right outside.
  All bedrooms were nicely appointed with comfortable bedding and plenty of storage space.
  There were cleaning supplies, mops and vacuum provided so we could keep the home in perfect order.
  The rental company was immediately responsive the few times we called for minor issues. Kevin was especially helpful and seemed to be there as soon as we called.

  My husband and I rented this home for 3 months (Jan-Mar) and it was great. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. The house was clean and well furnished. We had family visit as well and they enjoyed themselves immensely. We would rent again except we bought a home while we were here! We would recommend this rental for anyone looking for a wonderful visit. We took advantage of all of the amenities and activities, and can’t wait to return.
