The 3rd guest room is set up as an office den, which is perfect for some quiet time or to do some work. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. This home offers a comfortable fully enclosed sunroom with a 70" TV which is the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to the Brownwood Paddock Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment.

This dog friendly home comes complete and includes a WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
