This charming & beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath home is located in one of the newer neighborhoods. McClure is conveniently located near Brownwood Paddock Square.

You'll feel welcomed and right at home as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and offers an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. This home also offers a separate office/siting area as soon as you enter for added quiet time or if you need to get some work done. There is also a side patio that offers a peaceful outdoor living space where you can enjoy your morning coffee or juice and plan your day of fun. It is also a nice way to unwind before heading out to the town squares and dance the night away.

This home comes complete and includes a golf cart and WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers. If softball is your sport of choice you are only minutes to the soon to come Everglades Sports Complex.

  The home was very nice. What was missing was the need for glasses and sharp knives. The sink in the bathroom off the main bedroom was backed up from day one.I appreciated the extra paper towels, garbage bags and dish soap. We had a nice time and would love to rent this home again.

  Stayed here while looking for home to purchase. Great location. Home had nearly everything we needed. Daughter disabled and no handicap accessible bars in guest bathroom was only thing missing. Quiet neighborhood.

  Accomodations were very nice, clean and modern. Location was a bit too out of the way for us. We prefer to be closer to the Churches and town squares. It always adds to The Villages experience to have a golf cart and there was not one included.

  We are very satisfied. This rental has all the amenities you will need. I appreciate the extra things like coffees paper towels and detergent. Also very clean. Public grocery store less than a mile away. Definitely want to rent this property again.
