GREAT LOCATION!!

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with warm relaxing colors and offers a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals.  The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV.  The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, 32" flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest bedrooms each have a comfortable queen size bed and a flat screen TV for your guests to feel at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with table & chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities.

This home comes complete and includes GAS GOLF CART & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 2000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.


This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  Pros: great location, nice size, great garage, new carpet in living area, comfortable furniture, nice TV and service
  Cons: we had a little trouble with the golf cart that took more time to fix than it should have, however I don’t know if the previous renter even made the owner aware of the issue. The bedding was tattered. We’ve seen this before in other rentals and came prepared with our own sheets.

  What? This was our eighth year renting from downhome properties. They have been very accommodating the house that we stayed at was very nice and would definitely vacation there again
  Except the king size bedsheets needed to be replaced and Downhome properties took care of that The golf cart was a bonus, except it definitely needs some maintenance. There were no blinkers needed head light And the oil definitely needed to be changed overall would definitely stay at this home again thank you Downhome property

  This is a nice, comfortable home. Having said that, so many things needed to be repaired(the coffeepot, lightbulbs, lights on the golf cart, etc.) There was no grill. The can opener didn't work, there were only 6 bath towels and 5 wash cloths, We appreciated the newer floors, having a golf cart to use, and a clean home. The property manager was very helpful with helping with the problems, but the owners need to take a good look at the things being provided. These homes are not cheap to rent. We enjoyed our stay, but things could've been better.

  Kevin was not professional. I had been in this house the year before. The owner contacted me because your customer failed to rent . I was having dinner with owner brother n sister n law when Kevin called me and used a swear word .

  This rental was perfect for us. It had a large garage with golf cart. The living room, dining room & kitchen were open. The master bedroom was very large with walk-in closet & large bathroom with double sinks. Every bedroom had a tv with a good selection of programs. The screened in back porch was comfortable.
  
  The best part was that it was fully furnished. The kitchen had everything I needed. And they weren’t stingy with trash bags, dishwashing soap, detergent, shampoo, bathing soap & paper products unlike some others I have stayed in.
  
  The property was very clean. The directions were clear. The property management company was diligent and on top of everything.
  
  The price was quite reasonable.

  My wife and I stayed for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The house was even nicer than described. The furniture was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and well stocked. The golf cart was really nice and made getting around The Villages very efficient. We would highly recommend this house.
