Upstairs, the second floor houses the two bedrooms and a versatile loft area.   The location was great for walking up to town square. However, pools available in the areas were not many, small and very crowded compared to other areas South. Property was clean upon arrival however, the gas grill was very dirty and not usable. The gas golf cart was only 3/4 full with gas. There were no bed linens other than what were on the bed and those were old and "nubby." We were without air conditioning for 5 days but Down Home Properties were fantastic to work with and were very responsive. Light bulbs were not working and no bulbs found for replacement. Hard to sit on outside patio due to hornet nests around doorway. Kitchen was supplied nicely for cooking. There is no disposal which is inconvenient. I would recommend if above conditions on property were rectified.

  The vacation home was clean. Both bedrooms were located 17 stairs up..not good for senior citizens but we persevered. Location was perfect..close to restaurants and the village square thst provided real bands every evening. The golf cart made life fun..drove to stores and golf courses.
