  Pros: the rental was very clean and in a good area- Virginia Trace close to Lake Sumpter Landing, fenced in back yard. Cons: needs dressers for clothing for longer term rentals , needs more kitchen basics-especially in silverware and glassware. Down Home Properties was excellent to work with and responsive to any inquiries during our stay.
