The Living room offers a new comfortable sofa and reclining/rocking chairs if you're entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a Brand New comfortable and king size bed, and quiet new frames, wall mounted flat screen TV, walk in closet, and a private master bath with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two comfortable twin size beds with New soft quiet Mattresses and flat screen TV . The guest bathroom has a tub shower combo. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels, pool towels and linens. And of course there's a charming enclosed front lanai with table and chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities with a glass of wine . There are also two outdoor seating areas to enjoy the sun or evenings. You will love cooking out on the GAS BBQ grill and Invite new friends over for dinner before heading off to the Town Squares to dance the night away!

This beautiful home comes complete with a 4 SEATER GAS GOLF CART, BBQ GRILL, SET OF GOLF CLUBS, CARDIO DRUMMING EQUIPMENT for a villages exercise class & FREE WiFi internet included. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) pools, organized activity pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  Location was very central to shopping and neighborhood pool. The golf cart was great to get around the neighborhood and a bonus to our experience of The Villages. The house was clean and kitchen was stocked with everything you need for a longer stay. We had a great time for two months and would recommend this rental and location.

  My husband and I rented this property for the month of Jan. 2024. We loved the location – 10 min. drive to both Brownwood and Sumter Landing Squares. An easy walk to Havana Country Club, which has a nice restaurant and bar. The 4 person golf car was fun to use. The neighborhood pool, shuffleboard courts and bocce are within walking distance as well. The home was clean, and the master bedroom was quite spacious with large walk-in closet and TV. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, with a TV and closet. Nice screened in mini lanai, and several outdoor seating areas with a grill. Large kitchen area with vintage “ice cream parlor seats and table”. Plenty of dishware, cooking utensils and glassware. We liked the high top round table that seated 4 in the living room area. Garage was spacious enough for our SUV as well as our 2 bikes and the golf car. We have booked the home again for next Jan., 2025. Down Home Properties is GREAT to work with!

  This was the smallest place we’ve stayed at since coming to the villages as we were having no guests this year. I was pleasantly surprised at how large the kitchen was and how it had everything I needed and plenty of dishes. I enjoy cooking so used lots of different utensils. Everything was well cleaned and in working order. Our only issue was the small driveway. Our pickup made it so you couldn’t get the golf cart out of the garage without backing up the truck. You couldn’t park the truck on the street so when you got back you had to get out and back up the truck to get in the cart back in the garage. The pickup was too long to fit in the garage. Would not be an issue with a smaller car and really wasn’t that big of an issue for us. Would highly recommend this rental.

  Property was as described. Beds were a bit loud and hard. Only twin beds in guest. A bit of dirt/ mold n bath shower. Outdoor furniture brittle and cracking . However location was great. Golf cart very nice. Would come again

    You spoke and they listened. Owners have updated this home. Starting with the front landscaping for a more appealing curb aesthetic, then added 4 new Adirondack chairs with 2 large area outdoor rugs for comfortable outdoor seating areas. They purchased a brand new soft comfortable sofa with decorative pillows and Replaced All the Beds with new soft, yet supportive mattresses and new quiet bed frames. We have done thorough deep cleaning and hope you come back again to see for yourself. We all appreciate our guests and want you to be as comfortable as possible on your vacation getaway!!

  House seemed nice from the photos. Seemed clean when we arrived, but then we noticed black mold in the shower. UGH! The king bed was hard and awful. No sleep here. And the frame creaks. Washing machine was old and noisy. Living room furniture was not comfortable. The cable and internet was awesome. Lots of channels and 400mbps. At least one thing was OK. We paid for a month but left after 10 days.

    We have cleaned up the mold in the track of the door and have solved the issue. The Owners have purchased all brand new beds with mattresses and bed frames that are more comfortable and quiet. The washing machine works great and has had no issues, actually not that old. Im sorry you had a bad experience and had to leave early due to unrelated matters but, we have rectified all your concerns with this home and hope you will come back to stay with us in the future. We care about our guests and want you to enjoy your vacation with us.

  Great location with so many golf courses close. The Villa has everything needed and clean. We received many compliments on the golf cart and it seemed new. Our only complaint...we were not happy with the mattresses. They were clean but too thin and creekey (like before thicker pillow tops)
