Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, pickleball courts, and much more.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and offers a bright open floor plan with a warm inviting feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and his & her sinks. The first guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home. The second guest bedroom a comfortable full size bed if you have over night guests or a couple of golf buddies over for the weekend. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. In the evening, head out to your private lanai which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing & grilling out with friends before heading off to the Brownwood Paddock Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment.

This home comes complete and includes 2 passenger Gas Golf Cart, BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  Home was beautiful. I hope they update pictures of the inside of the house because the pictures shown are dated. Its is absolutely beautiful inside now. The location is perfect. Home was very clean.
