This beautiful 3 bedroom home is conveniently located in one of the newest neighborhood of Bradford. Bradford is close to the Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Aviary Recreation Center is a short ride away. Here you'll find a resort-style family friendly swimming pool, billiards tables, table shuffleboard, and much more.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with walk-in shower. The 1st guest bedroom has a queen size bed & TV for your guests to relax & enjoy. The 2nd guest room is set up as a sitting room with trundle day bed & TV for your last minutes guest’s enjoyment. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. In the evening, head out to your lanai which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to the Brownwood Paddock Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment.

This home comes complete and includes 4 seater golf cart, BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  I can say nothing less than an exceptional home and stay. We enjoyed are and loved the area but did have one regret. The one regret was Sawgrass Grove was not yet completed/opened. Otherwise I’d rate our stay as AAA!
