With over 1900 sq. ft. this extended Winslow Courtyard Villa, features a bright, open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find stainless appliances, granite countertops, serving ware, and small appliances that make meal prep and entertaining a snap! The living room offers plenty of seating to enjoy your favorite show on the 55” 4K HD Smart TV. Open the wall of sliding doors, and you will find the large, screened in lanai. It is the perfect spot to start your day with breakfast at the table & chairs, or perhaps relax at the end of a busy day in the comfortable seating area. Just outside the lanai, there is a gas grill, huge patio and fully fenced, private backyard.

The master bedroom with tray ceiling, has a king-sized bed, 43” Smart TV, walk-in closet, & private master bath with walk in shower. Both guest rooms have queen sized beds, and 43” Smart TVs for your guests to relax at the end of the day. You will find extra pillows, linens, towels and beach towels, and an electric washer & dryer in a separate laundry room just steps from the master bedroom. Wifi high-speed internet make it easy to stay connected for
business or pleasure.

With the purchase of Resident ID cards: You are entitled to use any of the executive golf courses (currently about 40 courses), and pay resident rates at the dozen Championship golf courses. You are welcome to enjoy not only any of the family friendly (under age 30) pools (such as Big Cypress which is about a 10-minute golf cart ride away), but also any of the adult (30 and over) swimming pools including the Alden Bungalows neighborhood pool located just
around the corner from this home. Your resident ID card gives you access to bocce ball, horse-shoe pits, billiard tables, shuffleboard, tennis & pickle ball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreation centers.

  We went from fun to more fun. We renewed friendships visited old neighbors and played lots of golf.

  This house is perfect!!!!! Super clean and great location. Everything in the house is in excellent condition. Kitchen and appliances are amazing. Beds were super comfortable. All furniture is clean and spotless. We loved the backyard and screened in porch. We will definitely be renting this house again. Can't say one bad word about it!
