This comfortable & beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath pet-friendly villa is located in one of the newest neighborhoods. Monarch Grove is conveniently located near Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Riverbend Recreation Center is a short ride away. Here you'll find a resort style family friendly swimming pool, meeting rooms, beach tennis, sand volleyball, and much more.

You'll feel welcomed and at peace as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is comfortably decorated with light & airy charm. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, TV, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms have a queen size bed for your guests to enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the screened in lanai that offers a peaceful outdoor living space all year round. The private lanai provides plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and newspaper. The outdoor space is great for those nights you want to enjoy time with your new friends and for the family fur baby to enjoy running. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away.

This home comes complete and includes BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood. There are lots of walking and golf paths. We loved having our dogs with us and the fenced in yard was perfect! We were close to the dog park which our babies enjoyed!
  A little difficult to get to Brownwood square on a cart!

  Wonderful. Suggest two hr cutoff on coffee pot. Only two stools at kitchen counter. Would add two more since neighbors r nice and like to visit. Would add footstool to watch tv. Sheets that fit bed. More than one dish cloth/dry cloth.. blanket for each bedroom.

  This newer home in The Villages is well equipped. The kitchen appliances were top notch and the washer/dryer worked great! Plenty of comfy furniture in the living room. Highly recommend a golf cart rental for your visit. The golf cart paths are fantastic and beautifully landscaped. You can get to the Riverbend Recreation Center family pool in about 5 minutes using the paths. A Publix is close by at Magnolia Plaza. Backyard is completely fenced and secure for your fur baby. Get to the Softball Complex while your there and watch a good game and enjoy a hot dog at the concession stand.
