    This is a nicely maintained 3Bed 2Bath house in a quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and ready to move in when we arrived. Down Home PM (DHPM) uses a lock box system to access the house so it is as simple as drive up and move in. There are sufficient personnel amenities and cleaning products for the first few days. It is very conveniently located close to Brownwood Paddock and the shops and restaurants located their. In addition, it is a short golf cart ride away from the Colony shopping center with a Publix, Walmart, 2 gas stations and other establishments. The property does not come with a golf cart but there are a number of options at reasonable cost, we used Titan Golf cart rental and could not have been happier.
    The property is pet friendly and our dog had a small but nice yard to roam in.
    DHPM was very responsive to our questions and one minor issue. We have used them on multiple occasions and will utilize their services again.
