This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom home is located in the Village of Marsh Bend. Marsh Bend is conveniently located close to Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Cattail Recreation area is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more. Cattail Recreation Area will also provide us with an all new way to try some tasty Food Truck fare, located along the Hogeye Pedestrian Path, a beautiful 16 mile pedestrian path that will allow you to be one with nature.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This AMAZING home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and boasts a bright open airy floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with dual vanities & a walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms have queen size beds for your guests and access into the guest bathroom. There is also a half bath in the guest end/foyer for easy access. The bedrooms and all bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. In the evening, head out to your private oasis in the back of the home and enjoy the beautiful sunset and the sounds of nature. This extraordinary enlarged screened in lanai is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and paper while enjoying the quiet beauty of nature. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities with a glass of wine or a cold drink before heading out with friends for the evening of entertainment.

This home comes complete and includes BBQ grill, 2 bicycles, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.
