And minutes by golf cart to Sable Chase Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickle-ball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and Cane Garden Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And if you're looking for more activities...you're about a 5 minute golf cart ride to Lake Miona Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basket ball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the 55" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, 40" flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming lanai with table and chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities. 

This dog friendly home comes complete with a gas golf cart, BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and We'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  A keeper for future visits to the Villages. Nicely decorated, comfy lounge areas & a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Close to pool & golf cart allows leisure rides to golf courses, restaurants & shopping. Easy check in/out and the only problem we experienced was an incorrect WiFi password which was immediately corrected with 1 phone call.

  This lovely house with ample furniture and extremely well-stocked kitchen furnishings is a wonderful home-away-from-home for vacationers. Its location so near to Lake Sumter Landing town square and the thoughtfully provided golf cart make it an easy choice for fun in the Florida sun.
