When you are ready for a day of sun or fun the Chatham Square Recreation Center is a quick golf ride away where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and so much more.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and boasts a bright open floor plan. With the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, you'll never feel secluded from guests while entertaining. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds & flat screen TV for your guests to relax. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The beautiful enclosed lanai offers comfortable seating and is the perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities. It’s also a great place to get away and relax if you need some unwind time before heading off to the Spanish Springs Town Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment.

This pet-friendly home comes complete and includes electric Golf Cart & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.
