The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of sun or fun the Chatham Square Recreation Center is a quick golf ride away where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and so much more. The Springdale Walking Trail & Mulberry Grove Dog Park are a short ride away so that the family fur baby can exercise and have fun also.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and boasts a bright open floor plan. With the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, you'll never feel secluded from guests while entertaining. The other guest room/den offers a queen size Murphy bed for the last minute over night guests and is set up with a desk also for those that need a little extra work space. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Don’t forget the oversized enclosed lanai which offers lots of comfortable seating and is the perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing by the private unheated pool with friends before heading off to the Spanish Springs Town Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment or BBQ and kicking back with your new Villages friends.

This home comes complete and includes WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.
