This charming home is located in the desirable neighborhood of Chatham where you're minutes by golf cart to shopping, restaurants, recreation & golfing.  You’re a short distance to the Chatham Square Recreation Center where you’ll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis courts, pickleball courts and so much more!  The Mulberry Grove Regional Recreation Center is close by where you will find more card rooms, a craft room and exercise facilities. If you feel like getting out for a morning walk the Fitness Trail gives a scenic view of the Nancy Lopez Legacy Golf Course. The polo field and softball complex are also a short distance away.  If it’s shopping or restaurants you’re looking for, you can hop into the car & be at the Mulberry Grove Shopping Center where you’ll find Publix, Walgreens, & so much more!  For the golf enthusiast Nancy Lopez Legacy Country Club is a short 5 minute ride away.  You also have a number of the FREE executive golf courses close by such as Briarwood and Walnut Grove Golf Course.  For nightly entertainment you’re a short distance away from Lake Sumter Landing Market Square or Spanish Springs Town Square where you’ll find many restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, movie theater and FREE live entertainment nightly. 

You'll feel right at home the minute you walk into this charming home. With the open kitchen, you'll never feel secluded from guests while entertaining. The kitchen is set up with everything you will need to prepare your favorite meals.  The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for you to enjoy watching your favorite shows or a movie with friends on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a nice comfortable queen size bed, wall mounted TV and private master bath with walk in shower and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and large closet . Don't forget to pack your laptop computer or Ipad to stay in touch with your friends & family back home with the WiFi internet included. The washer & dryer is located inside the garage.  The screened lanai is where you will enjoy relaxing in the evening with a cold drink or sipping coffee or juice in the morning. The lanai and patio is a great place for a BBQ or pre-dinner drinks before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing's Market Square or Spanish Spring's Town Square.

This home comes complete and includes a GAS BBQ Grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID card you can use any of the executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
