The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of sun or fun the Pimlico Recreation Center is a short ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.

This beautiful home will welcome you the minute you open the front door. With the soft, warm colors of this home you'll feel right at home immediately. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on TV. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, his & hers walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms have queen size beds for your guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. For those looking for a little extra quiet space, the Florida room offers the last of the quiet havens to enjoy your morning coffee or curl up on the sofa with a good book. The screen enclosed lanai provides for a great spot to relax with friends after a fun day before heading out to the squares to dance the nights away.

This home comes complete and includes gas Golf Cart & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  No issues with the rental. We rented for three months, but due to personal issues outside of our control we left on January 31. We asked Down Home Properties to rent the other two months, but we have heard nothing about this. Very disappointing that another rental did not occur and that Down Home did not give us any feedback on our request.

  Excellent stay despite the onset of Corona Viris.
  Everything was clean, functional .
  Home was well appointed and updated.
  We enjoyed the amenities and restaurants until they were slowly restricted by the virus.
  Only negative was the construction zone near our back yard.

  Overall we liked the house, location and cleanliness. Our primary recommendations are that the living area needs a reclining, comfortable chair "Lazy-Boy". Additionally, the bed in the master bedroom should be changed to a King size bed. Darker window coverings would also improve the master bedroom.
