  We loved this house especially the lanai. We enjoyed the food and entertainment at Edna's on the Green and enjoyed walking Hogeye path. Fenney Grill was great & The Fenney trail is awesome. Music at Sawgrass, Brownwood, & Lake Sumter Landing were great. From the lanai we watched baby mockingbirds, mourning doves, brown thrashers and bunnies grow up. Add some great golf and sunset golf cart rides it was our best stay ever. We highly recommend this beautiful place and will return in the future.

  We found this lovely property and we were very blessed to be able to stay there. We wanted to stay in a central location that was fairly close to Brownwood, groceries and some of the executive courses. This home totally fit the bill! The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. We would totally stay here again if we had the opportunity.

  We loved this rental. Exactly as described and better. Spent a lot of time in the lanai which is private due to beautiful landscaping. Inside the couch and master bed very comfy. Great shower. Loved the Sugarcane Rec Area. Beautiful pool and park. Friendly people. The golf cart was icing on the cake!

  We loved everything about staying in this home! It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had enough equipment to easily make meals. The sofas was comfortable for watching movies in the TV. The home is convenient to a grocery store and a few rec centers. We loved sitting on the screened in porch enjoying fresh air and sunshine. Neighbors seemed friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. Downhome Properties was very responsive with any questions or concerns. If the owner had signed a contract for 2023 while we were staying there we would have signed for next year.
