The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day in the sun or fun the Odell Recreation Center is a short walk or golf cart ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.

You'll feel welcomed and at home from the moment you drive up to this beautiful home. As you open the front door to this spacious and beautifully decorated home with an open floor plan, you will be greeted by the spectacular Havana Country Club Hemmingway golf course view and your private pool. This home has been completely renovated with new custom-designed kitchen, bath and laundry room cabinets accompanied by quartz countertops and backsplash. The Master Bath has a custom-built floor-to-tile shower as well as customized his & her walk-in closets. The guest bath also has a custom-built shower. The living room has a new stone decorative fireplace and crown molding. The home also has new baseboard, tile flooring, and lighting and plumbing fixtures throughout. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals and the dining area seats 6 comfortably. The nook offers a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a quick lunch. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the 70” flat screen TV or just curling up in front of the decorative fireplace. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 65” flat screen TV, new custom-built his & hers walk-in closet, and a private master bath with his & hers vanities and a new custom-built walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a king size bed & flat screen TV for your guests. The 2nd guest room offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and flat screen TV for guests to feel at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Need some private time??? Head out back to the oversized lanai where you will find your private pool with plenty of places to enjoy the beautiful sunshine. The lanai also offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice & a 75" flat screen TV and summer kitchen. The back is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away or while enjoying time with your new friends.

This home comes complete and includes a solar heated pool, BBQ grill, 4 seater golf cart & WiFi internet connection and his and her bicycles. A 4-seat gas Yamaha golf cart will be available to this home beginning May 1. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  We rented for the month of January and really enjoyed our time at this lovely house although the pool is beautiful the temperature never got to a point where we could swim in it unfortunately. The house is located close to many amenities. The master bedroom has the most comfortable that I have ever slept in.

  We had an amazing time staying at Dunkirk Trl. We were in town to support a family member who was having surgery. This home was the perfect oasis to be able to stay in during a hard time. The view is unbelievable and it is a great location. The home was incredibly clean and organized. It had an amazing outdoor "summer kitchen". The pool was absolutely perfect. We all have great memories at this home and would love to stay it in again. The owners made everything about the stay perfect. From the dishes to the comfy beds. I would highly recommend this house.

  Our family of six stayed at this wonderful home for eight nights. This was our first visit to the Villages and it could not have been better. The home was absolutely beautiful; you could tell that it had recently been updated (new wood floors, new counters, new pool deck painting...). House was stocked with everything we needed, and multiple smart TVs throughout the home, including an 80 inch by the pool. The homesite was gorgeous; corner lot on the golf course with a beautiful water view. Only a short 10 min. golf cart ride to Lake Sumter and 20 min. from Brownwood. Colony Cottage Rec Center and Colony Plaza with numerous grocery stores, etc. were right around the corner. We would definitely stay here again!

  The home was just as described. Very nice, neat and clean. The view of the golf course from the pool deck was a great place to have a morning cup of coffee. The location had easy access to everything we wanted to do, including restraunts, recreation and an easy morning walk. Everything considered the only thing that would improve this property would be to install a heat pump to keep the pool warm during the winter months.
