This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located in one of the newest neighborhoods. When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Cattail Recreation Area is a short golf cart ride away. Here you’ll find a family friendly swimming pool, food trucks the Marsh View Pitch and Putt and the Lowlands Executive course.

You’ll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon as you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you will need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, two walk-in closets, and a private his and her sinks in master bath with a roman shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel right at home. The second/den bedroom has a pull-out sofa bed, computer station, and TV. Both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The patio in the front of the house will give you a great view of the softball fields. The screen enclosed lanai offers solar shades and comfortable seating perfect for enjoying the morning coffee or juice and newspaper or planning your day of fun. The beautiful lanai is also a great place to end your day of activities with your new friends before heading off to the squares to dance the night away.

This home comes complete and includes FREE WiFi, 4 SEATER GOLF CART, NATURAL GAS BBQ and UV STERILIZATION LIGHT to reduce the potential germs, mold and viruses from the air conditioning system, and high speed internet, both WiFi and hard-wired connections for work or gaming. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You’re also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER. IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.

  2258 DeMarco is in a fabulous location. The house was very clean and well furnished, we found no complaints. We enjoy our experiences with down-home properties and we were very pleased with our whole experience as well as with the house !
  The home came with a four seater electric golf cart, which was icing on the cake ! We would definitely consider renting this house again!

  A very nice home. The kitchen was well equipped. We prefer a toaster, rather than a toaster oven. Very comfortable furniture. A great location to Magnolia Plaza, Brownwood Square, and a pool.

  Beautiful designer home in Marsh Bend. I rented this house for my wife’s siblings to spend a week in for their annual sibling reunion. We live in Marsh Bend but our house is not large enough to comfortably house everyone. The house as great. Upon arrival we discovered water inside the refrigerator. Down Home Properties immediately came to the house. The water line feeding the door water and ice maker was leaking. This was turned off and Down Home left a bag of ice. Repair occurred on day 6 of our stay. The owners refunded one day rental for our inconvenience. I was very pleased with the way this was handled.
