You will enjoy wandering the walking trails that are surrounded by grand oak trees and you just might stumble upon a nature spring or view Mother Nature's wonders at the nature preserve where you will catch sight of some beautiful birds. If a day out on the town shopping and dining are in the plans, check out Brownwood Paddock Square, the Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of this community. You'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! You're minutes to Lake Deaton Plaza Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, and more. Just minutes to Riverbend Recreation Area where you'll find a resort-style family friendly swimming pool, meeting & gathering rooms, a fire pit, bocce, shuffleboard, corn toss, sand courts, pickleball, and tennis. The Sugar Cane Recreation area you will find an adult pool and & air gun range, shuffle board courts, & walking trails with outdoor exercise equipment. You'll feel right at home from the moment you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is comfortably decorated with light & airy furnishings. The large open kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals or entertain. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends and family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable adjustable king size bed, flat screen TV, two walk in closets, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms are set up with queen size beds for your guests to feel at home. The oversized screened lanai offers a a great space with backyard water view for just enjoying your morning coffee or just kicking back and relaxing with friends after a busy day of activities before headed out to the squares for an evening of entertainment.

With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and We'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  Great location to many of the activities offered in the Villages. Short distance from the new Southern Oaks course. House came as advertised and proved to be what we had expected it to be. This was an most enjoyable for our three month stay.

  Was a GREAT rental.Absolutely no complaints.Our first time staying in the southern area and with the golf cart bridges all open had easy access to the northern village centres.Enjoyed all the walking trails in this newer area
  Home was beautifull,bed very comfortable,well stocked kitchen.Bikes a bonus as was the golf cart.Contact from Down Home was efficient when required.Would rent this property again without hesitation.

  This is a very nice villa. The location is going to be great in the coming years. This unit had the best equipped kitchen that we have ever seen in many rentals over the years. It would have been nice to know that, as we wouldn't have needed to pack as much stuff (perhaps pictures?). Hooks in both bathrooms and someplace to hang clothes in the laundry room would also be a nice inexpensive touch. The living room furniture was arranged in a weird pattern, but it was all very comfortable. The beds were all very comfortable, and we are picky about that. It would be nice to have more AC or USB outlets available in the bedroom for devices. Also instructions for garbage pick-up day, where we can gas up the golf car, trail maps, etc. would be helpful. Overall, it was a very nice place.
