This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom home is located in the Village of LaBelle North, conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You will find the neighborhood pool minutes away at the LaBelle Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming, tennis and pickleball courts, and much more.

You'll feel welcomed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This beautiful home offers an open floor plan with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, 50" flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and his & her sinks. The first guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The second guest bedroom has a pullout sofa bed setup as an office. Enjoy the screened in lanai off the back of the house with comfortable seating, which is a great place to end a busy day of activities before heading out to the town square and dance the night away.

This home comes complete with a 4 seater golf cart, bbq and WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of executive golf courses with no greens fees or pay resident rates on any of the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, and over 1000 organized activities every week.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoying the lifestyle.

  Great location in the Villages. The home was open and just right for our 2 month stay. It may have been the first time it was rented bc there was no shampoo, no blow dryers, no winer opener (but wine glasses), no mixing bowl of any sort, no throw blankets for the couch, no laundry detergent...none of these were deal breakers. We bought all but the wine opener and blow dryer and left it all there but additional mixing/serving bowls of some sorts would still be needed. The master toilet was dirty when we arrived and one dresser drawer was full of clean mens socks. It took us an additional 4 hours to get into the home past the promised check in time. Am certain all of this will be more efficient as the property managers were great to work with. They most likely would have ensured all of the items above were brought to the house had we of mentioned it to them. Many of the items that were there were BRAND NEW still in the box. We did not use the bran new bbq grill even. We would definitely stay there again.
