You'll feel welcomed and right at home as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated in bright & airy decor and has comfort in mind. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the 50" flat screen TV and a pull out sofa for those last minute friends. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 50" TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the unique wrap around & screened in lanai that offers a peaceful outdoor living space. This screened in porch wraps around to the side and provides plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and a great dining area for those nights you want to enjoy grilling out and enjoying time with your new friends. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to 1 of 3 town square and dance the night away.

This home comes complete and includes a Gas Golf Cart, Electric BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers. If softball is your sport of choice you are only minutes to the Everglades Sports Complex.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and We'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  The house may have been clean, but the problems with this property were unacceptable. The rental supposedly included a golf cart, but it was a piece of junk – constantly backfiring and lacking power. We had to rent a new one for the week, costing us an extra $187.00.
  We also paid $50.00 for our resident card, yet when we went to pick it up, there was no record of it, forcing us to shell out another $50.00.
  The biggest issue was the beds – they were absolutely atrocious. It felt like sleeping on a concrete slab. To add to the misery, there was no toilet paper in the house. Nowhere in the contract did it mention the air conditioning would be locked off, making it unbearably hot during the day.
  Given the malfunctioning golf cart and the atrocious beds, I would strongly advise against renting from this company.

  House in ideal location close to Publix, walking trails at Hogeye Preserves,Everglades Recreation and Edna's on the Green. Beautiful accommodations. Quiet neighborhood. Landlord was accommodating when we needed pots and pans replaced due to wear.

  We stayed in this house a year ago and couldn't wait to come back. So when we saw it available again this year, we booked it right away. It has everything needed for great stay, and is located near a grocery story, a great BBQ restaurant and soon-to-be McDonald's. It is also a convenient golf car ride to Edna's and Brownwood. I would definitely recommend this home!

  This cute little villa was clean and comfortable and had everything my husband and I needed for our 2-week stay. But perhaps the best part about it is the location. We put the car in the garage when we arrived and didn't use it again until we left. We used the golf car included with the rental to go to the grocery store (just down the street), to Edna's on the Green in the afternoon, and to Brownwood square at night. And the nearby trails are great for walking and riding bicycles. This home is the perfect base camp for a great time, and we can't wait to come back!
