The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals or entertain. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, perfect if you're entertaining or watching TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with his & her vanities & a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Need a little down time? This home offers a unique lanai concept that you will only find in this area. The lanai offers a peaceful outdoor living space and provides plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and newspaper or great for those nights you want to enjoy relaxing. This home comes complete and includes a WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  i should have a partial refund do to the closing of activities related to the pandemic i do have trip insurance?
