  Home is nice and provided all the desired amenities. Great location. However, the 2 sofas in the living area were very uncomfortable (low, soft, no support) and caused issues with my back. Mattress for king bed in master bedroom was too soft.

  The house is a very nice property. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely equipped. I would suggest a pegboard on the wall in the hall to hang jackets as there is no coat closet. The main problem is the living room couch and loveseat. They are too low and too soft, and not comfortable at all. The neighbors even said all the renters complain about it. I hope the owners will replace them soon, otherwise I probably wouldn't recommend friends to rent it. The dining set was nice. The golf cart was nice, but small for anyone over 6 ft tall. It is a nice location, very close to the pool. Down-home was very responsive in handling a couple of issues we had.

  Overall, the villa was good. The kitchen, however, was a disappointment. Most of the pots, pans and utensils had to be washed as pans had grease all over and silverware was either dirty or rusty. Very unorganized kitchen for cooking. I would not donate the Tupperware to Good Will as it was gross. The grill was filthy and ran out of gas but the property management came right out and exchanged the tank so they were great to work with. Very comfortable beds! Other than the kitchen, the property was satisfactory.
