You're about a 5 minute ride to Lake Deaton Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, and more.  And minutes to the Dunedin Neighborhood Recreation Center where you'll find an adult only swimming pool (age 30 or over), bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, Captiva Recreation Center & Manatee Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, more bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits are only minutes away.  Bonifay Country Club & Belle Glade Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home.  This home boasts a bright open floor plan. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a wall mounted T.V. And of course there's a screened in lanai with table & chairs to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice or just relaxing at the end of a busy day of activities.

This home comes complete and includes a GAS GOLF CART, GAS BBQ grill, Free WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  A bit dated in decoration, design but generally clean and as a small home was a good place to stay for the month. Golf cart also older and was a concern for reliability- a rental would have been desired but of course would not have fit in garage.

  Nice home. Pretty well furnished. Master bedroom could use a better mattress. Good location. Always enjoy The Villages! We did some additional dusting and cleaning upon arrival but that seems to be the case with all our rentals anywhere. We would rent this unit again.
