Havana Country Club is minutes by golf cart and offers Championship golf, a pro shop and a very popular country club restaurant serving lunch and dinner. You're minutes to the Hemingway Neighborhood Recreation Center with a pool, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits.  If you're looking for more recreation you're also minutes by golf cart to Odell Recreation Center with a family friendly pool, billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis & pickleball courts and much more! The fun doesn't stop there...you can also hop in the golf cart and be at the Colony Cottage Regional Recreation Center in minutes where you'll find numerous activities.  You will be a 10 minute ride to Lake Sumter Market Square where you will find FREE nightly entertainment, shopping, and many restaurants. You will also be minutes away from Brownwood Paddock Square the newest town center with more FREE nightly entertainment, restaurants and movie theater & shopping.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with an open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, walk in closet, and a private master bath. The guest bedroom has two comfortable twin size beds . The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels, pool towels and linens. And of course there's a charming enclosed lanai with coffee table and chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities. You will love cooking out on the GAS BBQ grill and enjoy the screened in area right in your back yard! Invite your new friends over for dinner before heading off to the Town Squares to dance the night away!

This beautiful home comes complete with a GAS Golf Cart, BBQ grill & WiFi internet included. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) pools, organized activity pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  From start to finish our month-long vacation was perfect thanks to this home. The home is comfortable, well-appointed and located in the “sweet spot” of The Villages neighborhoods. It’s minutes by golf cart from Sumter Square and also very close to Publix, Walgreens, Dunkin Donuts and other retail establishments. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are... friendly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  The location of this property allows you to experience the lifestyle of The Villages being close to Havana County Club, executive golf coarses,neighborhood pool, recreation center and shopping at colonial plaza. The house was clean, cozy and had all the amenities needed to live. The enclosed lanai was amazing to relax in the mornings and in the evenings. The corner lot made it feel more secluded from the neighborhood.The golf cart was amazing to utilize while exploring The Villages from the North end clear to the South end. Down Home Properties were very easy to work with. This property would be highly recommended to stay at and experience The Villages.

  Nice house, with all that was needed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Newer golf cart if you play or need for transportation. Great location for squares, grocery stores, restaurants and only a block from adult pool. No hesitation to rent again or recommend.

  We will definitely request a stay at the house in future. If you’re looking for a homey and comfortable place to stay a few weeks, this is it. Fortunately, we had no issues that required us to call the management company but Down Home Properties were very communicative before and during our stay so I felt comfortable that if I had an issue that the response would be quick. The house was very clean and the furniture and beds were comfortable. Kitchen has most of what you need, of course depending on your personal needs :) But I found it all workable. Quiet neighborhood, Publix, gas, etc less than 2 miles. 10 minutes from two different squares for entertainment.

  This property is in a great location. The gas golf cart included in the rental was an added bonus as we didn't have to rent one. The house was clean and in overall good condition. The property could use a fresh coat of paint inside as there was damage to the paint in several areas of the home that had to be documented upon check in. There was an emergency with the master bath that required a late night call and the property management company did great taking care of the issue as soon as possible. Overall, a nice property in a quiet, friendly neighborhood.
