  We loved the property! Clean and a good location!
  The couch was uncomfortable, we would have like a recliner for our backs. It would be helpfulness if there were towel racks by the sinks in both bathrooms. We had a great time!

  Cute clean place, bed was a little hard lol I’m a soft bed person, needed a few things pizza cutter,mixer, potatoe masher and the dishes are heavy for someone with arthritis but pretty. Close to Brownwood which I liked.

  The location was good being near to shopping and several golf courses. The cons were that the bed made my back ache from lack of support. There were no ceiling fans in the bedroom or the living room. The knives were very dull. We had to purchase our own knives to cutting foods like steak. I would caution my friends about these omissions if they were considering renting this place. Another issue I have is that we were not given an opportunity to re-rent for next year before someone booked one of our months.

  We ended up booking here because I was working up in Ocala. It is a very quaint Villa with the amenities that one would expect in the Villages. Golf cart was awesome to get around, the grill served its purpose and having 2 bedrooms was a plus. The lanai was great for sipping coffee and reading the paper in the morning. My husband and I enjoyed sitting out there in the evening as well.:)

  Totally enjoyed our stay at this clean and well maintained property. The location was close to shopping and within walking distance to the village pool and to Eisenhower.
  Modest but comfortable furnishings made this a welcome home from a busy day of activities.

  This was our first time renting thru Downhome. The rental experience went well, billing etc. The home was in a great location on a quiet street. The home could have been cleaner. The rugs were definitely in need of cleaning with many spots, stains, and certainly a trail of dirt around the furniture and walking area into the back of the house. Other than the rugs the rest of the home was clean. We had to buy hangers since there were only five when wee arrived. These are certainly basic needs that could be corrected easily and if so would recommend this property. We were there during the Coronavirus outbreak so had to spend more time in the unit.
