If you feel like getting out for a morning walk the Fitness Trail starts just down the street and gives a scenic view of the Nancy Lopez Legacy Golf Course. The Villages Polo Field and softball Complex are also a 5 minute golf cart ride away. For the golf enthusiast Nancy Lopez Legacy Country Club is a short golf cart ride from the house. You also have a number of the FREE executive golf courses close by such as Briarwood and Walnut Grove Golf Course.  For nightly entertainment hop on the golf cart and pick between Lake Sumter Landing Market Square or Spanish Springs Town Square where you’ll find many restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, movie theater and FREE live entertainment nightly. 

You'll feel right at home the minute you walk into this beautiful home. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve meals. The living room is set up with comfortable seating for you to enjoy your favorite shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV and private master bath with walk in shower and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and flat screen TV for your guests. The 3rd bedroom is set up as a den with a sofa that folds out into a twin size bed.The screen enclosed lanai is off the living room and master bedroom and offers a comfortable seating, this makes the lanai a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and read the newspaper.  

This home comes complete and includes an 4 SEATER GOLF CART, BBQ, and FREE WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.  

Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  We stayed for 6 weeks. This property was very clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment, linens, golf cart, etc. The street is small and private and the location is very quiet. Walking distance to Mulberry Rec center and Springdale Multimodal trail. Very far from squares - 30+ minutes by cart and 20+ by car. Property management was great!

  We rented in this particular area while we worked on the home we purchased nearby, so the location was great for us. The home was very comfortable and well equipped. Our only complaint was that the carpets needed a good cleaning. The staff at Down Home Properties were very helpful before, during and after our stay.

  We enjoyed our month at the north end of the Villages. The house was conveniently located near sports centre,pool and shopping but was quite far to the squares.
