This home is tastefully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and flat screen TV if you are entertaining or just wanting to enjoy your favorite television shows. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed & TV. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table & chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities.

This home comes complete and includes a golf cart & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the 12 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  My husband and I stayed here during Christmas 2022. Down Home Properties was wonderful to work with from booking, to a wi-fi problem, and early check-in needs. The property itself was clean and just what we needed. The added 4-person golf cart was wonderful and very useful while visiting The Villages. The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. The TV in the primary bedroom was not hooked up, which was slightly disappointing because we like to watch TV before falling asleep, but it wasn't the end of the world. The sofa and loveseat were pretty uncomfortable, but luckily we were not in the house that much that it really mattered. Overall our stay was wonderful and we would definitely rent this property again.

  The property was clean with comfortable beds.
  
  The location was about 18 minutes golf cart ride from Lake Sumter Landing and about 15 minutes from Spanish Springs.
  
  The Villages are simply perfect for golfing.
  
  The only comment for improvements that I could make would be that it would be nice if the property would be equipped with a Smart TV, preferably a large size one and fleece blankets for chilly nights.
