This home has been thoughtfully decorated with hardwood floors through out the home, except in the bedrooms, and has an open airy feel with the vaulted ceilings in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. This home was made to Entertain! The living room offers plenty of comfortable seats, and a flat screen TV if you're entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, large flat screen TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk-in shower and comes with towels and linens. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed, flat screen TV for your guests to feel at home & peace. The guest bath has a tiled tub/shower in it and extra towels & linens. I'm sure you'll spend many hours relaxing in the enclosed lanai where you will find seating and a separate heat & air system. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or just curling up with a good book with the relaxing sounds of nature before heading off to the FREE nightly entertainment at one of the Town Squares. 

This amazing Dog Friendly home comes complete and includes BBQ grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  Had a wonderful stay for 5 weeks at this location. An ideal location to stay only a mile from Sumter Landing (the best square in my opinion).
  Plenty of space and excellent yard space for my small pets.
  
  Kitchen was well stocked with small appliances. The beds were comfortable and towels and sheets were adequate. Plenty in quantity but mediocre in quality
  
  All in all an great place to stay. Only wish it was available same time next year

  Very nice Villa, We arrived propety was clean and in a great location. Fenced in yard and grill was a great bonus. Washer and Dryer in Garage as I didnt see listed on profile was great to have. I would stay again !

  I have really enjoyed the location of this rental along with the use of the golf cart and fenced yard for the dogs. I can walk to Sumter Landing and the rec center is minutes away as well. I do feel though that the villa needs updating throughout the house and proper cleaning in the porch and garage areas.I would suggest info about the batteries needing to be filled with distilled water and checked every 3-4 weeks be posted in the material.Kitchen was stocked well.

  This is a well maintained completely stocked house in a desirable location.
  When we first entered we noticed how clean it was. All the appliances, TVs Internet etc. worked perfectly. The fenced in grass backyard was perfect for our small dog and he made himself right at home. Lake Sumter is a short (provided) golf cart ride away or walk.
  We have rented through DHPM before and they are a reputable company to deal with.
