  The experience was fine except for the golf cart. Having a cart to drive was very important but our experience with the cart was very unsatisfactory. My wife wasn't able to ride with me due to the extreme heat coming up from the motor and up through the back of the seat.
  The house was clean and had everything we neaded so I would have to rate that part of the stay as very satisfactory. But, if you are looking forward to having a cart to ride around in this is not the place.

  Nice house and liked location near Spanish Springs Square and 466C. Loved the TV with all the channels and DVR. Wish more rentals would offer these amenities. Enjoyed all the music they have including the Orange Blossom Opry nearby.

  This was a perfect rental for a holiday week with family living in the Villages. The house had great space, nice kitchen and big lanai. The kitchen definitely could have used some more serving dishes and serving silverware but otherwise pretty much everything you would need. Also, very slim amount of bath towels if you have 3-4 people staying. Super comfortable beds!

  This was our first trip to the villages. The house was so well laid out and such a convenient location and so safe for walking. Met a lot of very friendly neighbors! The king bed was so comfortable, spent a lot of time in the large lanai, multiple TV channels available and good sized kitchen. Kitchen was well equipped except it could use a few more baking dishes and mixing bowls. Only negative review would be the golf cart was very loud.

  No real issues. The unit was comfortably furnished and clean and we had only minor suggestions.
  
  1. We were concerned about the heat that the golf cart generated on even the shortest trips. It was nice and ran well but given the location of the exhaust manifold near the gas tank, it seems extremely hot. I think it is worth a review by the dealer that you purchase the cart from.
  2. In the kitchen we found no mixing bowls or larger baking sheets.
  3. Light out outside porch area.
  4. No lawn chairs to take to the town squares.
  5. Strainer basket in the kitchen sink comes apart.
  6. There is a visible stain at the foot of the bed that was there when we arrived not from our pet.
  7. We really missed not having access to a grill.
  8. We did not find any extra pillow cases.

  We rented a cute little house in Spanish Springs community with a golf cart. It took awhile to get acclimated to how things work in the Villages, but once we did we had a ball. Entertainment nightly, golf cart paths to maneuver, informative trolley tours, nice friendly people...the list goes on and on. House was nice, had everything we needed for the month.

  We loved this rental home. Not only was it very affordable but it included a golf cart in the rental fee. The home was beautifully decorated and the back yard was private. It was very clean - absolutely loved the tile throughout the house. The neighborhood was safe and conveniently located to both Sumter and Spanish Springs square. We would definitely stay here again.
