  Furniture in living room was extremely bad - the springs were shot. Very uncomfortable. Dishwasher wasn't working right. We had to be there for Downhome Properties to take a picture and for the repairman to come. Then the owner decided to buy a new dishwasher and we had to be around for it to be delivered (delivery day changed) twice. We had to wait two weeks without a dishwasher for delivery. Owner refused to give us any compensation. The extra bedroom mattress had plastic on it that made it hot and noisy. The air conditioner was limited so you couldn't go below 68 degrees.

  House was immaculate and had everything we needed. Master bed was very comfortable. 2nd BR the mattress had some kind of covering on it and was a bit crinkly. Furniture was not overly comfortable. It was fine for a vacation rental, but not something I’d want to sit in at home. We did not use the golf cart...it was too cold and windy!

  Overall the main things in our stay were perfekt. DHP did very well those two times we contacted them with problems and solved them fast. I would like to mention some minor things that might be better. There was no sand can in the golfcart, the sofa in the living room was a bit soft and the kitchen table was a little high compared with the chairs.

  The house and golf cart were as described. A little issue with the 2nd bathroom took longer than we would have hoped to resolve but there were no others issues. Our deposit was refunded promptly. We rented the house while we searched for purchase. Overall we were quite satisfied.

  Nice two bedroom two bath rental. In the Brownwood area of the Villages. Central to pools,golf courses and entertainment. We enjoyed our two week stay and have rented the same house for a month in April 2024.

  The house was comfortable and nice, this was the second house we stayed in for over two months on vacation. We arrived ahead of hurricane Ian’s landfall but we were confident the Villages would be safe inland and we had all we needed to stay safe inside. There were no issues from the storm and we had good service from Erica at Downhome PM.

  Very nice experience. House was neat and clean, in great spot. Sunshine galore! Management company very responsive as was the homeowner when a problem needed to be elevated. Confusing at check-in as I needed to get keys from management company location and residence card from another. Not clear to me how all this worked.

  The house was as described. The location was very good and close to everything. The kitchen was well equipped. It even had some things that you don't usually find in a rental.
  The only negative was the golf cart. I chose this house because it came with a golf cart, however, I didn't use it because I felt it was not safe to drive. When you pushed on the gas nothing happened,but when you pushed little more it would lurch forcefully.
  There were a couple of minor issues that needed to be addressed, but the rental agency was very prompt in correcting them.
