  Location was perfect. Minutes from two Village centers and walking distance to family pool. Enjoyed the quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbors who welcomed short term renters.
  Home was very clean ....except for outdoor grill ...unable to use because of built of grease. Quality of furnishings overall good shape .
  Home is great if you are bringing your fur baby.... outdoor walled area and safe enjoyable neighborhood for walks.

  Vacation rental was very clean. Bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. Blind in master bedroom was broken but was replaced very quickly by rental company. Furniture in living room definitely needed updated but was told by others that most places were the same way. This property is very close to Spanish Springs and not far from Lake Sumpter by golf cart which we enjoyed very much. Front window was cracked but was replaced after 3 weeks of being there. Only problem was after the repair man replaced the window the blind would not go back down. Called rental company and told them about it but still was not fixed before we left. It was very nice having a washer and dryer in the rental. Overall would recommend this rental.

  Good size for 2 adults and close to both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter Town Squares. Tile through out property makes for easy cleaning. King size bed is quite hard and twin beds are also hard beds. There is good place to walk pets nearby. Property managers were quick to respond to requests.
