Here you'll find a swimming pool, billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis courts, pickleball courts and so much more! If you're looking for more organized activities, Laurel Manor Regional Recreation Center is about a half of a mile away as well. Here you'll find tennis & pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, basketball, arts and crafts room, a sports pool and many organized activity rooms. 

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home has an open floor plan and is beautifully decorated with a relaxation in mind. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals or entertain new friends including a TV! This will come in handy to catch up on the daily news or cook along with your favorite Iron Chef. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a 55" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable queen size bed, large walk in closet, TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and comes complete with towels and linens. The guest bedroom has a high quality comfortable full size bed and a TV for your guests to feel at home. The guest bath comes complete with towels and extra linens. The lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment. If you want to have your new friends over for a BBQ this home has a George Forman grill on the lanai.

This home comes complete and includes a Golf Cart, an electric BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  The kitchen appliances were excellent. It could have been a few more microwavable containers with lids and for leftovers. The golf cart was great. It was very dog friendly. The neighborhood was very friendly and helpful. The location not so much. Receive a lot of noise from the neighboring high School and the backyard backed up to a busy street and the gate traffic.

  Pleasant, good location. Great for a dog with the fenced in yard. Problems with the gas stove left us without a cooktop for a week. Comfortable beds. The two golf carts were not equipped with a way to carry clubs, so we had to bungie our clubs together and hope they would stay in place.

  Rent this house only if you're desperate! It needs a lot of work! Kitchen is fine-bathrooms had no ADA compliant toilets or assist bars. Yard is all gravel and has not been cleaned since new owner. Most everything from Walmart. Owner does not want to put any money into it--just throw it in the rental pool to get money out. If it had not been for the rental company it would've been a real disaster after HVAC system failed.
