Location, Location, Location....This beautiful 3 bedroom villa is located in the desirable neighborhood of Edgewater Bungalows. You can walk to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square.

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home is beautifully decorated with soft, airy colors, all new furniture and has vaulted ceilings and open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV to keep up with your favorite shows or enjoy an evening in with a movie. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers his & her sinks, a walk in shower and comes complete with towels and linens. One of the guest bedroom has a high quality comfortable queen bed for your guests and the other guest room is set up as a den including a sleeper sofa and a desk if you have to bring a little work along. It is also a great place to set up your lap top computer so you can keep in touch with family back home, don't forget to send along pictures of the beautiful Florida sunshine!  Both guest bedrooms have flat screen TV's for your guests to enjoy. The guest bath is complete with towels and linens. The lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment. And if you're looking for a quiet place to sit and read the courtyard villa is perfect...you have privacy walls to give you the feeling of being in your own private world. You will also find in the back yard a dining table that seats 6 if you want to invite your new friends over for happy hour.

This home comes complete with WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoying the lifestyle.

  We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home.
  It is actually a lot nicer than the photos, and the outside area is wonderful.
  The only thing we would have liked, was some nicer sun lounger furniture to enjoy the very spacious yard area.

  Very close to everything! We only needed and used a golf cart. Near transportation depot took many great trips offered by Workman Transportation. Near Lake Miona and Canal Landing for recreational centers. Close to lots of restaurants in Sumter Landing within walking distance. Very private, little interaction with neighbors but all in all people in the Villages are nice and friendly.

  This is our favorite place to stay in the Villages. Always clean and organized with a large patio and screened in area.
  Located so close to Lake Sumter Town Square that it is an easy walk to square.
  The home is just the right size for us.

  This was our second year to rent this Villa. It is a lovely home and the lani has a birdcage area that is great for enjoying your morning coffee or eating a meal. The only question we had was that the add showed a flat screen TV in the second bedroom and there was none. Our Granddaughter visited us for the weekend and we were disappointed she had no TVV in her room.

  We were so fortunate to find this last minute rental. The home is absolutely beautiful inside and out. We spent many mornings on the screened lania and enjoyed the beautifully landscaped and lighted back patio. You can walk to Lake Sumter town square. There is a road right behind the wall but you get use to the noise. Would definitely recommend renting this home from Down Under Properties.
