This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 Bathroom home is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods. Santiago is conveniently located between Spanish Springs Town Square and Lake Sumter Landing Market Square.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals.  The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. You will also find a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room if you are in need of a little extra sleeping space for over night guests. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, a large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two comfortable twin size beds if the grandkids stop in for a couple of days or if you are inviting a couple of golf buddies along for a getaway. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens.  And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table & chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice as you plan your busy day of activities.  The BBQ grill is ready when you are so you can experience cooking outside in the warm Florida sunshine. 

This home comes complete with a golf cart, BBQ grill & WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoying the lifestyle.

    We could not stay in our initial rental property due to a few problems with insect bites and air quality. Down Home Property Mgmt. promptly moved us to a different property 1408 Caldera that was huge improvement and allowed us to enjoy the balance of our vacation. Thank yous to Lisa for facilitating this change quickly.

    We loved the location, close to everything, shopping, restaurants, golf. We just weren't happy with our specific rental unit. Not very clean and very outdated.

    The golf cart was great! The carpeting needed cleaned. The main bathroom was very small. There wasn’t a light above the stove. There was only a very small skillet. We had little bugs in the kitchen and bath. They did have someone come and spray but we continued to have a problem with the bugs.

    Property needs to be updated. Several items were worn, bedding, living room furniture. Kitchen dishwasher needs attention, filter was plugged up. Guest bed had frame sticking out causing injury to leg.

    We had a great time especially due to great weather. Golf cart was perfect we drove it a lot versus our car glad it was a gas cart. We had to turn the water heater up to high. Someone had turn to warm which was not hot enough. The shower rack in guest bathroom needs to be fixed. I replaced the light bulb on front light pole but could not find the switch to turn it off during day might be why it was burned out. Maybe if a solar switch that is broken. I loved the sky light in kitchen brought in a lot of light. Next rental I would want the linie to face west or south versus north so we could sit in the sun. All in all very satisfied!

    This property appears to be victim of "I don't care" owner(s). A few examples would be the Lanai floor covered with dirt, leaves and dead bugs to greet you on arrival. Inner shower curtain with black mold spots on it and black mold along bottom edge, I replaced it. Fire alarm in master bedroom missing. Five light fixture over kitchen table having two different candle style bulbs with three others being clear round bulbs. Vacuum canister full with filter having thick layer of dirt on it, I had to clean that to use. Golf cart cooler had an inch of water in it mixed with dirt and label of a plant that must have been transported in it. I have to believe that rental agency had not seen this place, I would never send someone to it in condition it was. I have rented many places and am well traveled six or more countries and have never found any in this condition. I emailed conditions to rental agency and had no feedback in three months there.
