Location, Location, Location....This beautiful home is located in the desirable Village of Sunset Pointe where you're surrounded by golf courses and recreation centers. Cane Garden Country Club is only steps away and offers Championship golf and has one of the most popular country club restaurants in The Villages. You're minutes to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Hibisicus Recreation Center is a short golf cart ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, meeting rooms, billiards tables, and much more.

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is comfortably decorated and has an open airy feeling with the vaulted ceilings and open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for you to enjoy your favorite shows or the big game. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and comes with towels and linens. In the guest bedroom you will find a comfortable queen size bed and a TV that can be used with an Apple TV or Amazon Fire Stick for your guests to feel at home. There is also a guest bath with a shower/tub, towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table & chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day of activities. 

This beautiful home comes complete and includes WiFi internet connection. With the Village resident ID card you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  This villa was very well stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, towels and linens. There were basic essentials like salt/pepper, some coffee filters, paper toweling and toilet paper. Very few cleaning supplies though and I mopped the floors a couple times as they were not clean. The towels and linens were dated and well worn. I also had to buy some vacuum cleaner bags cause the one in the unit was packed full and smelly. I had to wipe down the patio table cause it had a black dusty coating on the table and chairs. In all, this was an acceptable rental for the price. Down Home Properties was responsive and available to my needs and requests.

  The home was very clean with the two bedrooms and a golf cart. We didn't use the cart but it was available to us. great location and we would recommend this rental home to anyone looking for a vacation in The Villages. The Price was very reasonable too.

  We really loved the location. Close to several pools, lots of golfing, bocce, shuffleboard, walk to the locale rec center, and the local country club.
  House was fairly clean, found some dirty dishes in the cabinet (dish washer didn’t clean well) and the porch was not clean. Bed was very comfortable but the living room furniture was not comfortable. We would definitely rent this again.

  Size of home was perfect for the two of us. Furniture and appliances way out of date. TV's were old and didn't have many channels. Dishwasher was LOUD. Location was great. Property management company very attentive. Home needs many updates. Would definately recommend home IF upgrades were made.
