This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 1/2 Bathroom home is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods. Duval is conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions in the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're about 5 minutes to Colony Plaza where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens, banking, restaurants and more. You are also only minutes to Truman Recreation Center and SeaBreeze Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, tennis and pickle ball courts and so much more. When you are ready to do some golfing check out Hemingway Country Club with championship golfing, pro shop & a restaurant open for lunch & dinner.

You will feel welcomed & relaxed as soon as you open the front door to your home away from home.  From the hard wood floors to the soft warm colors this home will take your breath away.  The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and the barstools and counter table in the kitchen make more then enough seating to entertain your friends & family. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seats including a reclining sofa, love seat and chair as well as a 65 inch flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The fireplace below the TV not only adds ambiance it also takes the chill out of the room on the cool winter evenings. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large his & her walk in closets, 32" flat screen TV and a private master bath.  The master bath has a roman walk in shower, his & her sinks and comes with towels and linens. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, 32" flat screen TV and extra linens & blankets. The front guest bedroom is set up as a den with a flat screen TV and a full size sleeper sofa if you need a little extra sleeping space for the grand kids. The guest bedroom & den are set up as "Jack & Jill" style with a full bathroom between creating a second master suite. You will find a half bath at the entry as well. From the living room you enter the enclosed lanai is where you will find a love seat and patio table with seating for 4. Just outside of the enclosed lanai is a patio with seating for 4 and the BBQ grill.  The outdoor living area is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities.  Don't forget to invite your new friends over to fire up the new gas grill for a barbecue before heading off to town square for a night of dancing and fun!  

This home comes complete and includes a gas BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees.  And these executive golf courses are not 'pitch & putt' cupcakes.  They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels.  You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses.  You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun!  Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for your enjoyment.

  We were happy with our rental again. The rental was clean and well maintained. Down Home was very helpful with any issues we had experienced. We decided to leave 2 weeks early because of the COVID-19 virus. We could get a flight home and as it turned out Southwest was helpful in that process.

  Wonderful house, Prestine home with all new furniture through out the house, recliners in living room and 65" TV. Central location to every activity north or south of Duval Village. Highly recommend this house.
