This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom villa is located in Hillsborough neighborhoods. Hillsborough is conveniently located within a mile of Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're about a 10 minute drive to Grand Traverse Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, restaurants and more. And minutes to Manatee Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and Evans Prairie Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner. And if you're looking for more  about a 5 minute ride to Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basket ball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests to feel at home.  The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table and 4 chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities before heading out to the square for FREE nightly entertainment.

This beautiful home comes complete and includes a golf cart, 2 bicycles, BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  This Villa was the just the size for our winter getaway. Great location and golf cart.
  Several issues should have been addressed, before our arrival.
  • Carpeting was dirty, with many stains.
  • Cookware set was very light-weight and much too 'well-used'. We borrowed quality cookware from friends for our use during our stay
  • Several dishes were broken and missing
  • Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable – we purchased a king topper, which helped
  • No additional bed blankets – we had COLD weather
  • Sofa and love seat were much too well-used. They offered no support – they were like sitting on the ground
  • Men’s bicycle tire was flat
  • BBQ grill had a broken wheel at the base – propped it up for use
  • Annual maintenance on the furnace/air system was performed during our stay. This was an interruption for us. Seems annual maintenance could be done in the off-season
  • The night before we checked out, the smoke alarm in the 2nd bedroom failed. No ladder or step stool to get it off the wall. It was a challenge, to say the least. Should changing batteries not be an annual (off-season) maintenance task?

  Everything was as expected. We did have a problem with the garage door not operating upon our arrival and had to wait until 11:30 A.M. the next day for repairs to be made.

  It was a great location, clean property, response was good from property management, wireless was an issue until it was changed (we put the new name and password in the book - we found out we were on the neighbors site which was in the book).
