This rental is a dream! The location alone is a winner, Next door to the Sabal Chase neighborhood pool , Plus, a bonus short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing Square where you'll find delicious restaurants and bars, shops, and Free Nightly Entertainment. The brand new AC and heat are a nice touch, ensuring comfort year-round. And who wouldn't love a gas golf cart to explore the area. The outdoor amenities, like the new BBQ grill, Gravity style lounge chairs, and screened lanai, make it perfect for enjoying the pleasant surroundings.

The interior is spacious and well-designed, with vaulted ceilings adding to the open and airy feel. The fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room, and comfortable living room make it a great space for entertaining or just relaxing. The primary bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom is a luxurious retreat, and the attention to detail with a handicap-accessible low bowl sink and walk-in shower is very thoughtful.

The two guest bedrooms cater to various needs, from a high-quality queen bed to a flexible twin to king trundle daybed. The inclusion of flat-screen TVs in each room is a nice touch, providing entertainment options for everyone. All bedrooms and bathrooms include plenty of towels and linens for your use.

This home comes complete and includes a Gas Golf Cart, BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

Overall, it is a fantastic place with all the comforts and conveniences one could ask for on vacation.

  House is getting tired. TV has always been an issue. At the beginning of our stay the property manager had to spend a couple of hours to get the TV going. (The PM has always been helpful)
  
  Never did get comfortable with the TV. Also internet many times kept going out.
  
  The steering mechanism on the Golf Cart is questionable.

  The location was excellent. Very convenient. We like the layout of the rooms, except no laundry room.
  
  The owner needs to realize to get top rent, the place needs to be updated. Even the property manager agrees.
  
  The air handler unit outside one of the bedrooms makes soo much noise you cannot sleep.
  
  The handle fell off the microwave, dishwasher makes a not of noise.
  
  Nice yard, no lounge chairs to enjoy.

    Hello Paul, I appreciate all of your feedback and would love to inform you that the Owner has considered your requests. He has installed a Brand New Quiet Ac and heat System. Included some gravity style loungers for enjoying the outdoor sun, We have updated several kitchen utensils and smaller items requested, Updated some of the tired decor and furnishings, including the living room area rug. The golf cart is running great and all other appliances have been gone through for performance and improved functionality.   weather good until the end it froze up,, a few bugs in the house wife didnt like much.. walked to market square few times,, golf cart wasnt great to drive but worked fine it just had front end shaking ,, 2nd time at villages fine location ,, no scale to weigh you for a month ,, pool very close

  We had a great time staying at 977 Tanglewood Pl.
  Compared to other rentals in The Villages, we found this one, clean, bright, with nice furniture and a fully equipped kitchen.
  Note: a unsafe condition exists with the golf cart. The front steering bushings are worn. This condition causes "play" in the steering wheel and is very noticeable when the cart is operating at street speed. It's not an expensive repair, but one which would make the cart easier to operate safely.

  Nice villa with a dependable electric golf cart. Has all the household items needed to prepare meals, even an outdoor grill. A gecko lives in the screened in lands and provides entertainment. The beds a very comfortable after fun days of activities and lounging next door at the pool. Good villa at a good price.
