The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're about a 10 minute golf cart drive to Grand Traverse Plaza where you'll find Publix for your grocery needs and more due to open in the fall of 2014.  You are a quick walk to the adult only neighborhood pool if a day in the sun is what you're looking for or jump in the golf cart and in minutes you can be at the Manatee Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and Evans Prairie Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner. And if you're looking for more it's about a 5 minute golf cart ride to Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basket ball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan with a calming spa like feel. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals.  The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed & flat screen TV for your guests. The den/3rd bedroom has a desk to set up your laptop computer and a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa perfect for reading your favorite book or watching your favorite shows on the flat screen TV.  The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a dining table and 4 chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities before heading out to the square for FREE nightly entertainment.

This beautiful home comes complete and includes a new Gas Golf Cart & WiFi internet connection.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  We absolutely loved this villa! The furnishings were great and the kitchen had all you needed. The villa itself is beautiful and clean. We never used the grill or bikes, but they were available. The location is great. You can walk to Brownwood, although you have to cross one busy roundabout. It is a 10-minute cart ride to the new Pitch and Putt and the Hogseye walking trail. We flew in so our only transportation was the golf cart which was great, although it needs the carburetor adjusted as it backfires. The king size bed is very comfortable. We never used the other two bedrooms. It has a Keurig so we could both have our favorite coffee. New quartz countertop in the kitchen is beautiful. Our only complaint is that we can’t rent it next year! We highly recommend this villa!

  we chose this house because of its proximity to Brownwood shops, restaurants, and medical offices. The house had all the amenities we wanted. The golf cart was fun to take to the pool for afternoon swims. Management company made it very very easy as it was a last day reservation and we arrived late.

  The rental was immaculate when we arrived! Was as described, really had everything you would need! Great location! 5 minutes from Brownwood Square by golf cart. 5 minutes to the Publix grocery store by car! 3 minutes by golf cart to the Antrim Dells pool! Great golf cart with rental. 24 mph! Very close to many golf courses! Nice bicycles included. Grill was very clean! Very nice rental experience!
