This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom dog friendly home is located in one of the newest neighborhoods. Dunedin is conveniently located just over 1.5 miles from Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're about a 5 minute drive to Grand Traverse Shopping Center as well as Colony Plaza where you'll find Publix for your grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, Bealls Outlet, restaurants and more. You will find the neighborhood pool about 1 block away if a day in the sun is what you had in mind and you are only minutes to Manatee Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool when the grandkids stop by, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits.  When you are ready to try your hand at a round of golf Evans Prairie Country Club with championship golfing & pro shop are just a quick ride away.  After playing 18 holes check out their restaurant, open for lunch and dinner daily. And if you're looking for more activities...you're about a 5 minute ride to Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center or Colony Cottage Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basketball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated an open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals as well as a small TV if you'd like to watch a cooking show to inspire you.  The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, as well as a sleeper sofa, if an evening in enjoying your favorite television shows on the 55" flat screen TV sounds like the . The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and his & her sinks. The guest bedroom have a comfortable queen size bed and the second guest bedroom has another sleeper sofa if you need a little extra room for an over night guest as well as a small desk. Don't forget to pack your lap top computer or tablet so you can stay connect to your friends & family back home on the Free WiFi. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with pool towels, extra bath towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the charming screened in lanai off the back of the house with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away. Don't forget to pick up a couple of steaks or some fresh fish to cook up on the BBQ grill left for your use.

This home comes complete with a BBQ Grill & WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees.You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  Central location to a quarter of the championship golf courses. Quiet area - interior too congested, especially kitchen with limited storage for personal items. One cabinet was full of hard liquor! Plenty of kitchen utensils, never at a loss for a spatula or a measuring cup! Short walk to the pool!

  poorly decorated, uncomforable furniture,carpet dirty, junk gas grill,christmas decorations left up,no room in food pantry for our food, just a bad stay and no help from downhome property,also 1 1/2 day with no cable or wifi
