You're less than a mile to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square where you'll find many restaurants, shopping, grocery store, movie theater and FREE live entertainment nightly. Virginia Trace Neighborhood Recreation Center is a quick golf cart ride away. Here you'll find a swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball & horseshoe pits. Your also within walking distance to Canal Street Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, horseshoes, bocce ball, shuffleboard, tennis & pickleball courts, game rooms, billiards room and so much more!

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home offers a private back yard that is beautifully landscaped giving the lanai a relaxing atmosphere. Stretch out on one of 3 chaise lounges with your favorite book and soak up the warm Florida sunshine! This home has been professionally decorated with hardwood floors through out the home and has an open airy feel with the vaulted ceilings and a sound system in the living room & lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. This home was made to Entertain! The living room offers plenty of comfortable seats including a sleeper sofa if a little extra sleeping space is needed, a 55" flat screen TV for your enjoyment and french doors onto to the enclosed lanai. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, large flat screen TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk-in shower, his & her sinks and comes with towels and linens. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed, flat screen TV and private bath with a tiled tub/shower in it. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and offers a serene setting. I'm sure you'll spend many hours relaxing in the enclosed lanai where you will find another large flat screen TV, comfortable seating and a separate heat & air system. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or just curling up with a good book with the relaxing sounds of nature. You will also find three chaise lounge chairs in the back yard as well as a table, 4 chairs & a bistro set to enjoy the Florida sunshine or sit and relax with friends before heading off to the FREE nightly entertainment at one of the Town Squares. 

This amazing Dog-Friendly home comes complete and includes WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  This house was in a great location. It was very convenient to pools, rec center, Sumter Landing etc. The home was basically clean but could possibly use a "deep clean". It was decorated very nicely. The backyard could use some "sprucing up". We would consider renting it again.

  We loved the villa. The rug needs to be cleaned. We never got the ice machine repaired. The villa had wonderful kitchen equipment. I needed two beaters to the mixer. Was a little hard to mix with. We loved the court yard but it could have been groomed some. Down home services were great.

  It’s close to Lake Sumter Landing , Explore the surrounding areas but doesn’t come with a golf cart . We rented a golf cart . We stayed there till we found a new home here .

  This was our first extended stay in The Villages and this home was perfect! The house was clean, well appointed , bright and modern. The location was perfect - a 5 minute walk to the pool and 20 minute walk to Sumter Landing. Home Away were excellent property managers providing timely communication and responding promptly to all our questions and concerns. We will definitely be back!

  We stayed for 7 weeks with our dog. It was a beautiful home with a great interior design. A few minor issues, the ironing board was broken but we fixed it and the wet Swiffer for the floors didn't work. Overall with the comfort of the home and all the other amenities these were very minor.

  Interior was nicely decorated and clean. We had 2 small dogs and the fenced in yard was perfect for them. The exterior could use some upkeep but everything was functional and clean. ***The house did not smell like animals which is a huge plus when looking for a rental with dogs***

  We loved this villa. Location is great. It is beautifully decorated. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars from us was the outside furniture was not the most comfortable. Bats were living inside the closed umbrella which DownHome took care of immediately. We cleaned the patio after, which I’m sure DownHome would have if we asked. It would be nice to have a golf cart included.

  This 2 bedroom home was very nicely decorated. I rented for the month of April 2019 and tried to rent it for the 2019 season but it was already booked. It wis so centrally located to Sumter Landing. I could walk to the town square in 17 minutes. I would definitely rent this house again. I really enjoyed my stay here.

  I spent the month of April 2018 at 1041 Reidville Road and loves the house. It was in such close proximity to the pool and to Sumter Landing. I could easily walk or ride my bike down to the town square or . The house was nicely furnished. The only thing missing was a golf cart.

  The courtyard village is gorgeous from the moment you walk in. Well appointed and beautifully decorated. I loved the heated/air conditioned sun room with the tv. The courtyard is fully fenced for my dogs. The location is perfect...within walking distance to Sumter landing. The only negative is the noise of emergency vehicles on Buena Vista...but not within the control of the owner.
